Design Customization

Each coanics application includes a main menu and a data view screen for each menu item. Each data view screen can have one or more tabs. Each tab presents a specific set of related data items.

Please use the form provided to submit the menu items and tabs for your design customization. The form allows for six menu items. The first three menu items are required, Each menu item provided requires a list of tabs for the associated data view screen.
