Our story began with a small simple idea. I wanted to help businesses at the bottom of the pyramid (nonprofits, start-ups, small businesses, and micro businesses) to work together and grow together (push each other up the pyramid ).
“I was a university student studying computer science. The one skill I had at my disposal was computer programming. So, I went to work developing a software solution that could easily be customized for businesses of all sizes.”
This is how Comogul got started. Comogul is both an idea and an organization. The software application we built is called Coanics. Coanics was built from the ground up to be customized and tweaked for small business. Coanics is managed and maintained by college students - actually college interns. We work virtually in remote offices supported by cloud technology. We are committed to the idea that is Comogul - “Dream Together, Work Together, Grow Together” - and to our partners, members, and interns.
Comogul is also a space where college students and young entrepreneurs can learn by doing and by working on real life technical and business projects. Many of our interns are from local colleges and communities with scarce technical and other resources.
